These concept renders were developed under a very tight time frame - 2 1/2 days for all the images. The concept design in 3d was developed days earlier within a 4 hour charrette to nail down some of the spatial ideas of a lobby, theatre hallway and restaurant space in which various camera views were chosen. From those views 3 of the best views were chosen to tell the story and be taken further for presentation. I developed a sketchy and ethereal style for presentation to convey the ideas without making it feel too solid and figured out - as fully rendered 'photo real' images tend to convey.
